I'm more happy to be referred as party prints designer rather than a party planner. A real party planner takes more than just designing. They need to provide all information about party from A-Z that includes recceing a place for the party, choosing a caterer, choosing the cake, plan for games and decoration. I just don't have enough time to fit all that request. I believe that there are mommies out there who still wants to get their hands dirty by cooking & baking their own dishes and cakes and host it at their own place but they lack of time and skills to make custom prints for their own thematic party. What I do is designing for the prints and the nitty gritty of it to complement what you lack of.
When I started with the first design, I usually will try to imagine on how the whole set up will look like. I will write down the list of things that I might need and work out on the type of composition and style that will suit the theme. Even a simple design is not easy to produce. Some people might bluntly said that it was simply a cut-n-paste design without knowing the design process in between.
This is the table that I set up for the Fairies party. I was given a small table and need to efficiently use the space and when I do things, everything must be balanced: balance in tools and colours. (please note that the table set-up service is subject to availability.)

Cupcakes is a big hit in a party. You can customised your cupcakes by having it's own wrapper & topper. Place in the set up as part of decoration. You can also customised chocolate bar to have it's own wrapper/label!
You can even customised your drinking water to have label to suit your party.
The goodies using white take-away paper bag with matching coloured handle & label. This goodie bag contains colouring&sticker (2-in-1) book, 12 pcs crayon, bubble, sugar treas & baloon. The basic package consist of the white paper bag + colouring/sticker book+crayon.
We also provide prints for decoration purpose.
Food toppers and label also play role in making your party even beautiful.

Have fun in Candy Land with this Rainbow party theme! We were rushing during that time that we didn't managed to snap a picture of the prints for the frame deco and also the signage but we remember that the parents were so happy to receive our product! Items in the picture inclue cupcake topper (double sided), 3" circle food topper and also alphabet/pennant banner.
