Party Theme: Fairies Party

I'm more happy to be referred as party prints designer rather than a party planner. A real party planner takes more than just designing. They need to provide all information about party from A-Z that includes recceing a place for the party, choosing a caterer, choosing the cake, plan for games and decoration. I just don't have enough time to fit all that request. I believe that there are mommies out there who still wants to get their hands dirty by cooking & baking their own dishes and cakes and host it at their own place but they lack of time and skills to make custom prints for their own thematic party. What I do is designing for the prints and the nitty gritty of it to complement what you lack of.

When I started with the first design, I usually will try to imagine on how the whole set up will look like. I will write down the list of things that I might need and work out on the type of composition and style that will suit the theme. Even a simple design is not easy to produce. Some people might bluntly said that it was simply a cut-n-paste design without knowing the design process in between.

This is the table that I set up for the Fairies party. I was given a small table and need to efficiently use the space and when I do things, everything must be balanced: balance in tools and colours. (please note that the table set-up service is subject to availability.)

The custom made prints in the frame and the signage to make the guest feel more welcomed.

Cupcakes is a big hit in a party. You can customised your cupcakes by having it's own wrapper & topper. Place in the set up as part of decoration. You can also customised chocolate bar to have it's own wrapper/label!

You can even customised your drinking water to have label to suit your party.


The goodies using white take-away paper bag with matching coloured handle & label. This goodie bag contains colouring&sticker (2-in-1) book, 12 pcs crayon, bubble, sugar treas & baloon. The basic package consist of the white paper bag + colouring/sticker book+crayon.

We also provide prints for decoration purpose.

Food toppers and label also play role in making your party even beautiful.

Party Theme: Horsey Day

A mom is definitely the greatest party planner ever! That's all we can say when dealing with our clients of sort. They'll come up with the best theme, scout out the resources and deal with the budget. A mom would do anything for as long as their kids is happy and entertained especially on their special day! and even you just hold a small celebration, the thoughts of preserving that special momento is already priceless. Bravo to all mom out there!!

Party Prints for Decorations

It's interesting to see the evolution of a birthday party from a simple celebration of blowing up the candle up till creating the fantasy into a reality. I feel that having a couple of people to come over and celebrate the special day with you would simply make anybody smile. A smile of gratefulness that God still let you breath the air and that you're surrounded by people who still care. In return you try to make your party as cozy and as fun as possible for all your guests. One way of doing so is by creating the mood with all your decorations which include the cakes, foods, desserts, goodies ..just to name a few.

So, here's a sample of deco I made for a customer who wanted a lady bug party for her lil girl. The theme colour is red-green-white. You can make this as your centerpiece or just simply put it on your decoration table.

and when I see this, an idea just popped in my head. I might do a lil project to decorate my boy's room. It's really in big mess now. I might need to take a break to rearrange their room and make deco from my prints!
