How to Make Order

If you see anything that you like and wish to order that particular item, please provide the below details and e-mail it to creativegeniusprintables@gmail.com

Delivery address: (if you need us to post your item)
Delivery date: (the date when the item should arrive to you)

Discount code: (if there's any)
Description and details of your order:

• Item name (eg. bottle label, tags, cupcake topper)
• Code of the item: (if there's any)
• Size & Shape
• Quantity
• Theme / colour preferences (if u purchase custom made design)
• Wording you'd like to put on the item.

Your inquiry will be processed within 1 or 2 working days together with estimated quotation. We will then wait for your approval before sending out the invoice containing details of payment. Please make the payment as instructed in the invoice. Don't forget to send us the proof of your payment. We will then proceed with designing and samples of work will be e-mailed back to you before it is been sent for printing for proof read. You are allowed to make up to 3 changes from the initial work. If you need to make more than that, additional fee will incur. The process may take up 1-4 days depending on your reply. All final artwork will then be sent to printing after your approval. No digital format will be given to you.  We will notify you by e-mail when all of your items are ready to be posted or picked up.


Note: If you need a digital format of certain item, please state in your e-mail. Additional fee to buy the digital format will be applied.

Please note that we do not provide delivery service. You can opt for the item to be posted to you or you can arrange pick up at this area:
