If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, you may not use the CGP services. CGP may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting.
CUSTOM MADE DESIGN (LOGO)
In regards to our logo design, revision cycles generally consist of 3-5 additional compositions that incorporate changes requested by the client. The purpose of the revision process is to create Responses that move forward in a specific direction as determined by the client. The client may request significant changes in the 1st and 2nd cycles, and the Responses might be quite different in nature from the original composition chosen. By the 3rd revision request, Client's requests shall be modifications of the current composition only. Revision requests that depart from the current composition will be honored and completed in the same timely manner, however CGP reserves the right to charge RM50 for each such Revision.
We request 50% deposit to start working, the rest is paid upon completion before the final product is delivered to client, unless other arrangement have been added and approved. Payment is made by wire transfer to our Maybank account.
Client retains rights to logo images chosen and may use the LOGO in any form that the client intend to. LOGO will be given in vector format. CGP retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts or other preliminary materials which are not selected by the client however, remain the full property of CGP.
All the samples design must be approved by client before printing can proceed. Client is responsible to proof read all the sample in terms of designs (colours, composition and font) and also typo. You are to proof read that all details written on the designs are correct. We will not be responsible for any typo that occur after your approval. Any reprint cost will be bared by the client alone.

In regards to our custom made party prints CGP will provide one concept that match the theme. Client is allowed to do up to 3 revision. The purpose of the revision process is to create responses that move forward in a specific direction as determined by the client. Digital scrapbook layout: ONE (1) Week
Party printable design (with prints):
PreMade Design:Minimum of TWO(2) weeks
Rush order fee is applied when order is placed Less than 2 week.
Custom Made Design: Minimum of THREE(3) weeks
Rush order fee is applied when order is placed Less than 3 weeks.
Party goodie boxes (that requires assembling of products) at least TWO(2) months.
NO RUSH ORDER LESS THAN A WEEK except for tags only.
RUSH ORDER FEE
Will be applied when you make last minute order (espcially order less than 2 weeks)
Rush order fee of RM10-Rm50 will be applied depending on the number of item and its quantity.
CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, you are bound to pay for all the production (design + physical item) till the day of your cancellation. This cost will be deducted from your deposit. and you might need to add extra payment for the work that has completed. The 50% deposit is refundable within 3 days of your deposit payment. After 3 days, should you need to cancel your order, your deposit will NOT be refunded.
DELIVERY
We do not cater for delivery. You have to self-collect your item at the arranged venue. We can post your item using post express and post laju but we are not responsible for any lost during the transit. We will only provide you with the track number. Postage cost:
POS LAJU :RM10 up to 1kg.
POS EXPRESS :RM5 for 250gm and below RM10 for heaveir and thick item.
